I use to get upset because I had to wait very long but I don't any more. This is why, Dr Dunaway is going to take just as much time with you as he did with the last patient. I appreciate him caring enough to sit down and try to figure out the problem. If he doesn't know or if he thinks you need to see someone else he will let you know. Thank you Dr Dunaway and your staff!
Not only were the people rude over the phone, getting seen in a timely manner is not an option here. I'm still extremely sick and missing work and it's gonna be at least another 3 days until they can get me scheduled, if they even call back. They have yet to call, I've had to contact them every time.
Dr Dunaway is the most amazing Dr I have ever had!!! He lets u talk and will joke with u, he's great with kids and he really seems like he knows what he is doing and like he has a love for his job.
The waiting time still needs some work, u go in and wait for 45 mins to over an hour. BUT THE WAIT FOR DR.DUNAWAY IS SO WORTH IT!! He is a gentle&, caring doctor, great bed side manners ! HE LISTENS TO YOU AND COMES UP WITH A PLAN OF CARE THAT WORKS! I'm happy with him as my doctor
