Ken Stall also takes advantage of those who can not speak for themselves (I.e. non English speakers), twist words around, avoids questions and arrives extremely late to appointments, and makes you Sign First and ask later. When he doesn't want to answer your calls he puts you into his voicemail. And when he's showing you a property, he's on his phone texting other ppl and not listening. He is going to tell you what you want to hear. (Which are all lies).
Talk's to fast and he doesn't listen. Talk to the girls.

He will make you sign his "exclusive buyer agent" contract. It basically says that you can only use him to be your realtor for "x" number of years. Every property/land you buy or sell he commissions from it. And if you decided you want to fire him, you have to pay him commission to end the contract.
Every hard working citizen deserves to be treated with dignity and respect in the process of buying a home and if you choose Ken Stall, you sure won't get that. He is a devil in disguise
I will never, ever deal this this man again. Made an appointment with Mr. Stall to look at a property in which he had the listing. I contacted Mr. Stall and made an appointment to meet him in his office. After being late to the appointment, Mr Stall appeared and ushered us in his office. Once in his office, he handled business with his secretary concerning other people while we were sitting in his office, pretty much ignoring us, along with dealing with a client that was sitting in the waiting area. We felt like going back into the waiting room until he was ready to discuss business with us. Very unprofessional. With my cash offer, Mr. Stall wrote up the purchase contract without discussing any details with me and then insisted I sign it without reading it. I will find another real estate agent to deal with Ken Stall on any future purchases under his listings,-
