The reason they always have units available is because they steal needy families items after saying they were sold for the family being late. Fees are outrages. I own a few storage units in ft Smith and stopped and chatted with a woman at the desk who told me this, she even showed me which items they had up for Halloween that they took from family storages.
They are available to the public and you won't have to wait until one is available.
