Took it back and they had it in the repair shop for 4 weeks... got it back and went straight to the range... still didn't work. I had a few friends look at it that knew more about guns than I... the spring was still too weak and the firing pin was bent. When I tried to get my money back they argued that the gun worked... it wouldn't shoot at all.. tried 10 rounds and failed every time.
Very rude and confrontational people that do not try to make a customer happy.
Best place in town to pawn or sell items. Awesome customer service and friendly staff.

First of all they overprice everything. Tried to buy a crossbow from them that is 3 years old and used and they were asking $30 over what it would cost me to get the same bow brand new. Next the coustomer service is awful. I tried to talk them down off their $30 so I could at least pay what I would pay for a new one and they said no the bow was brand new and they weren't gonna come down, so I politelly pointed out it wasn't new it had obviously been fired and was way over priced so the lady yelled in my face about how she wasn't gonna come down so I could pay $30 overpriced or get out. Will not shop there again I am so apauled by how they treat customers. If looking for stuff used go to Pawn Gallery or somewhere else with decient prices and friendly people.
Needless to say, I will NOT be buying my Zeroturn that I had planed to buy from them.
They tried to offer a trade on a similar shotgun... the clerk says.. "Boy, this one is dirty" WTF?
